TERMS OF USE

Before using the website https://hr.forward.group (hereinafter - the Site) please carefully review these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the stated Terms of Use, please do not use the Site. By agreeing to the above Terms of Use, the user undertakes to fully comply with all rules for working with the Site.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document sets out the Terms of Use of the Site, the owner of which is Cargofy Inc., registered at: Vinnytsia region, Kalynivka district, Kalynivka city, Shevchenko street, building 27-A, office 36 (hereinafter – the Site Administrator).

1.2. These Terms of Use contain the basic norms and rules on the basis of which the Site operates.

1.3. The moment of the emergence of relations between the User and the Site Administrator is: actual use of the Site. The User acknowledges that a one-time actual use of the Site by the User means the User's acceptance of these Terms of Use and in the future.

2. SITE DESCRIPTION

2.1. With the help of the Site, the Site Administrator provides the User with the opportunity to find current vacancies of Cargofy Inc. by several criteria (city, department and type of work), fill out an employment questionnaire and send it to respond to the relevant vacancy.

2.2. Use of the site is free for all Users, the Site Administrator does not charge any commission or other fees for using the site.

3. PROCEDURE FOR USING THE SITE

3.1. The User can view vacancies posted on the Site anonymously.

3.2. To respond to the relevant vacancy, the User must fill out a questionnaire, which requests the following information:

- last name, first name and patronymic;

- date of birth;

- registration address (residence);

- e-mail;

- phone number;

- education information;

- information about additional knowledge (trainings, master classes, seminars, etc.);

- information regarding knowledge of foreign languages;

- computer proficiency level;

- work experience;

- User characteristics (marital status, presence of children, service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, etc.);

- answers to various test questions.

3.3. All questionnaire fields must be filled in accordance with their name and semantic purpose, according to spelling rules and without unnecessary abbreviations.

3.4. By sending the questionnaire, the User confirms that he is over 16 years old, is a legally capable person and all information indicated by him in the questionnaire is reliable and current. By sending the questionnaire, the user provides consent to the Site Administrator for the collection, processing and storage of his personal data.

3.5. All questionnaires sent by Users are checked by the Site Administrator.

3.6. The Site Administrator does not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously, error-free and free from malicious programs or other defects. If the User is not satisfied with the conditions and/or quality of the Site, he should stop using the Site.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. User Rights:

4.1.1. To familiarize yourself with all vacancies posted on the Site.

4.1.2. To fill out and send a questionnaire for any vacancy that interested the User.

4.1.3. To send requests to the Site Owner regarding the functioning of the Site.

4.2. User Obligations:

4.2.1. When filling out a questionnaire to respond to a vacancy, indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, date of birth that correspond to passport data. It is prohibited to indicate personal information of another person.

4.2.2. To state only reliable data in the questionnaire, not to mislead the Site Administrator.

4.2.3. Not to use words typed only in capital letters in the questionnaire, unless they are abbreviations.

4.2.4. Not to perform actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Site.

4.2.5. By sending a questionnaire on the Site, the User provides his consent to the Site Administrator for the collection, processing and storage of personal data specified in it.

4.2.6. The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.3. Site Administrator Rights:

4.3.1. To familiarize yourself with the information specified in the questionnaire sent by the User and store the User's personal data in accordance with the terms of current legislation.

4.3.2. To modify the Site at its discretion.

4.3.3. To make changes to these Terms of Use. The User is considered informed about the changed Terms of Use from the moment of publication of their changed version on the Site at the address https://hr.forward.group/terms.

4.4. Site Administrator Obligations:

4.4.1. To ensure secure collection, processing and storage of User's personal data in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine and international legislation.

4.4.2. To provide the User with a response to his requests regarding the functioning of the Site.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1. By filling out and sending a questionnaire on the Site, the User thereby gives consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of his personal data in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", "On Protection of Consumer Rights", "On Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems" for the purpose of the Site's functioning.

5.2. The relations of the parties to these Terms of Use in terms of confidentiality are regulated by the Privacy Policy, which is posted on the Site and is an integral part of these Terms of Use.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the Terms of Use, the parties bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. The User who provided this information is responsible for the information specified by the User in the questionnaire.

6.3. The Site Administrator is released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of the Terms of Use, if such non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after their publication as a result of force majeure circumstances that the parties could not foresee or prevent.

6.4. The parties refer to force majeure circumstances as events that make it impossible for the relevant party to fulfill the Terms of Use: earthquakes, floods, other natural disasters, fires, nuclear and other industrial accidents, as well as strikes, military actions, civil unrest or acts of state bodies that prevent the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement. All other obstacles, regardless of their nature or characteristics, are not considered force majeure, except for those obstacles that will be deliberately recognized by the parties as caused by force majeure circumstances.

6.5. All disputes that arise in the framework of the fulfillment of the Terms of Use and other documents of the Site are resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to settle the dispute through negotiations, the dispute is transferred for consideration to the court of the appropriate jurisdiction at the location of the Site Administrator.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1. All components of the Site and the Site as a whole belong to the Site Administrator and are protected by legislation in the field of intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved.

7.2. Use of content, as well as any other elements of the Site is possible only within the framework of the Site's functionality. No elements of the Site's content, as well as any content posted on its pages, can be used in any other way without the prior permission of the copyright holder. Use means, including: reproduction, copying, processing, distribution on any basis, etc.

8. CHANGES AND ADDITIONS

8.1. The Site Administrator has the right to make changes or additions to the Terms of Use at any time without any special notice by posting a new version of the Terms of Use on the Site. The new version of the Terms of Use comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site at the address https://hr.forward.group/policy.
